The Client-Friendly Layer in a Big Data World
Consumers have rapidly adapted to the data economy and have been conditioned to expect that products they use deliver data insights to enhance their experiences. Unfortunately, data projects – whether as product innovations at startups or as systems management initiatives at established companies – often overlook packaging analytics for end-user consumption.

At the outset of client engagements, we often see that reporting functionality is the first question business stakeholders ask and the last problem that data solution architects think about. At the point of implementation, the lack of client-facing reporting has become an urgent business problem.
